Charlotte Motor Speedway’s much-anticipated 65th anniversary season just got bigger with NASCAR’s rollout of the 2025 schedule. Fans can mark their calendars and start making plans to visit America’s Home for Racing for two of the biggest event weekends of the year, the Coca-Cola 600 and Bank of America ROVAL™ 400, which will include some new twists to their traditional spots on the calendar.

Charlotte Motor Speedway will once again host the iconic Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend, running NASCAR’s toughest test of man and machine on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Fans from across the country and around the world will be treated to an awe-inspiring display honoring the service men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces during a patriotic pre-race salute to the troops. The rousing event will include representation from all six branches of the military, moving musical performances, a dramatic flyover and much more.

The Coca-Cola 600, which will welcome a new broadcast partner as Prime Video, led by Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the booth, is set to kick off its portion of the season. The crown jewel event will cap a triple-header weekend of racing action, featuring the N.C. Education Lottery 200 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race on Friday, May 23, 2025 and a NASCAR Xfinity Series 300-mile showdown on Saturday, May 24, 2025.

Maintaining its spot as the final race in the Round of 12 for the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, the Bank of America ROVAL™ 400 on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, will again prove pivotal for drivers chasing a coveted Cup Series championship. A newly reconfigured ROVAL™ with adjustments to the infield section and the frontstretch chicane will challenge drivers as the NASCAR Playoff field is cut from 12 contenders to eight. The weekend will also feature NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers dueling for a key playoff win in the Drive for the Cure 250 presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025 and for the first time ever, a NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series showdown on the challenging 17-turn course.

“Long one of NASCAR’s crown jewel events, the Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend represents tradition, perseverance and determination – similar traits to those of the brave service men and women that we have the privilege to honor each with our pre-race salute each year,” said Greg Walter, president and general manager at Charlotte Motor Speedway. “Add that to the pivotal role that the Bank of America ROVAL™ 400 weekend plays in the NASCAR Playoffs – now for all three of the sport’s top series – and fans have plenty to be excited about looking ahead to next season.”
