WHAT:
Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Blaney, Indy 500 Champion Will Power and four-time NHRA Pro Stock champion Greg Anderson will help wave the green flag on Charlotte Motor Speedway's action-packed fall Season of Speed during the annual Parade of Power on Wednesday, Aug. 8.
Vehicles representing events coming this fall to Charlotte Motor Speedway will parade from zMAX Dragway to the speedway's infield. The FREE fan event will include a driver Q&A session, free monster truck rides for kids and a chance for 100 fans to attend an autograph session. The first 100 fans to pick up a wristband beginning at 8 a.m. on event day will receive autographs from Blaney, Power, Anderson and other motorsports personalities.
The parade will feature more than two dozen vehicles, including racecars, Legend Cars, Pace Cars, a monster truck, classic automobiles, and more.
WHO:

WHERE:
Charlotte Motor Speedway -- (NEW ROUTE: The parade will stage at the main entrance of zMAX Dragway, and travel east on Bruton Smith Boulevard to Charlotte Motor Speedway. From there, vehicles will parade to the infield via Gate 25 and down the frontstretch before parking along pit road. The fan Q&A session is scheduled to take place in Victory Lane. Fans can enter the infield to watch the parade through Gate 26, under Turn 3, and parking in the Xfinity Series garage.)
WHEN:
Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018. The parade is scheduled to start at noon and arrive at Charlotte Motor Speedway about 12:15 p.m. The Q&A session and autograph session will follow. Wristbands for the autograph session can be picked up beginning at 8 a.m. in front of Charlotte Motor Speedway.
