Marking the beginning of Charlotte Motor Speedway’s fall season, this weekend, Aug. 17, Monster Trucks are back and revving their engines as The Dirt Track hosts the Cook Out Monster Truck Bash. This year's one-night-only spectacular will feature ten six-ton, metal-mashing machines competing on the nation's largest and most diabolical outdoor courses.

With fans from 19 states already claiming their tickets and gearing up for the excitement, this can’t-miss event will feature:

Daredevil Delight: Returning to America’s Home for Racing, Super Bob Airborne (Bob Plesko) will hit the track in his caped El Camino, charging through a mobile home in his stunning daredevil ways. Originally from Ohio, Super Bob began his stunt driving career at Charlotte Motor Speedway in 2005, performing outlandish acts ranging from jumping over cars to smashing through mobile homes. With almost 20 years of action under his belt, his special appearance is a must-see.

Poppin’ Pit Party: Before the trucks start roaring, get the party started at 4 p.m. at the Cook Out Pit Party with features of Monster Truck rides, inflatable slides, bounce houses, face painting, a driver meet and greet and so much more. Fans will even have the chance to win their very own RC Monster Truck. The Cook Out Pit Party is the perfect place for friends and family to come together and get ready for the ultimate Monster Truck showdown. Bring a Cook Out Cup to the gate and get early 3:30 p.m. access to all the excitement.

Rock, Roll and Ride-Alongs: Get a taste of the action yourself and hop into one of the specialized trucks for a joyride. Ride Along Monster Trucks are the best way for super fans to get a fully immersive stuntman experience.

Crazy Compelling Course: The Cook Out Monster Truck Bash takes place on a diabolical course designed to keep fans at the edge of their seats. This year's course comprises 19 different obstacles for monster trucks to dip and dive around. With over 2,200 feet of dirt to tumble over, this track makes its mark as the biggest and baddest in all of the U.S.

Wake up with Cars and Coffee: Before the breathtaking bash, get the day started at Cars and Coffee Concord at Charlotte Motor Speedway’s Fan Zone. Join the hundreds of automotive enthusiasts as they gather to celebrate their shared passion for cars and showcase their prized classics, customs and hot rods. This free event is open to the public from 8:00-11:00 a.m.
