Growing its long-standing partnership with America’s Home for Racing, popular quick-service chain Cook Out has signed a multi-year agreement to serve as the entitlement sponsor for the fan-favorite Cook Out Monster Truck Bash, held each August at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 17, this year’s Cook Out Monster Truck Bash will feature 10 six-ton, metal-mashing machines taking on one of the country’s most challenging and diabolical outdoor courses during the annual one-night-only extravaganza. The outdoor dirt derby will feature head-to-head eliminations as these monster machines navigate an intricate obstacle course – including a jaw-dropping over/under jump, hair-raising leaps and fascinating freestyle competitions all brawling for the Cook Out Monster Truck Bash title.
“Summer isn’t complete until we roll out some of the baddest machines on the planet for a high-flying, dirt-slinging good time at the Cook Out Monster Truck Bash,” said Charlotte Motor Speedway President and General Manager Greg Walter. “We’ve found great partners in our friends at Cook Out and we’re thrilled to be able to highlight their brand as part of this can’t-miss event at The Dirt Track.”
Cook Out has previously served as the entitlement sponsor for the Cook Out Summer Shootout, an associate sponsor at Speedway Christmas and other events throughout the year.
“We are excited to be part of the Cook Out Monster Truck Bash with our friends at Charlotte Motor Speedway,” said Cook Out CEO and Owner, Jeremy Reaves. “Our family has great memories of attending monster truck events in the past. We are thrilled to be able to sponsor such a fun and entertaining family-friendly event.“
Before the breathtaking battles begin at this year’s Cook Out Monster Truck Bash, fans can get an up-close and personal experience at the Pit Party where they can meet the drivers, take a spin in a ride-along monster truck and come face-to-face with these 2,000-horsepower beasts. Spectator gates open at 4 p.m., with opening ceremonies scheduled for 7 p.m.
Fans can stop by a local Cook Out on the way to the track and grab one of their 40 fancy milkshakes. Bring a Cook Out Cup to receive early access to all of the Pit Party excitement, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
