Dirt racing's biggest spectacle of speed will have a new name this fall, as Can-Am - an industry-leading division of Bombardier Recreational Products - has signed on as entitlement sponsor of the Nov. 1-3 World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am at The Dirt Track at Charlotte.
A season of surprise winners, dominant performances and unsung heroes will conclude with a no-holds-barred duel on dirt at Charlotte's high-speed, four-tenths-mile Carolina Clay oval. The World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am will host championship battles in dirt racing's top three divisions: the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Cars, the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models and the Super DIRTcar Series big-block modifieds.
"I am excited about the relationship we've bridged with our dealer partners and Charlotte Motor Speedway," said Gerry Bruce, the eastern business leader for BRP. "This sponsorship will provide an excellent experience for consumers to experience our Can-Am Off Road Vehicles across a variety of terrains. The dealers will have the ability to allow customers a first-hand experience throughout the purchasing process. The all-new Can-Am ride park will be extremely beneficial for the race attendees to have some off-road fun during the NASCAR, NHRA, World of Outlaws events and much more throughout the year."
